Our sessions are customized for each individual. Session are 30-90 minutes, but the average is 60 minutes.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for  the 1st appointment.   Research has shown that sessions are much more effective when they are scheduled close together  where the impact of the sessions can accumulate.
